Vacation apartment “Gewürztraminer”
If you are looking for a first-class but not too-large vacation apartment in the Überetsch area, then this is the place for you! The “Gewürztraminer” vacation apartment offers 38 square meters of floor space, and features a fully equipped kitchen. Like all our apartments, this apartment is no-smoking. The apartment has a balcony with a magnificent view of the Schlern/ Sciliar, and a large English garden at our guests’ disposal.
After a beautiful hike, there is nothing to stop you from cooling off in our large swimming pool. The spacious sunbathing area, the garden and the new playground can also be used by our guests.
Our guests can take part in a guided tour of the farm. Prior notice required! We offer a bread service in cooperation with our village bakery.
Room amenities
Bedroom with double-bed, living room with couch, balcony, bed linen and towels, satellite TV, WLAN, room safe, bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove top and an oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, sodastream carbonated water machine, coffee-maker, electric kettle.
Our apartments also all feature an integrated underfloor cooling system to ensure pleasant ambient temperatures during the hotter time of year.
For our younger guests, a high chair and, upon request, a travel cot are provided.

All prices are per apartment and per night, with a minimum stay of four nights. In the case of stays of less than four nights, a surcharge of €50 will be payable.
Lodgings, bed linen, hand towels, dish towels, heating in the wintertime, underfloor cooling system in the summer, water, gas and electricity, access to the pool, final cleaning, and all fees and taxes with the exception of the local resort tax. The MobilCard is included in the price.
Please NOTE: Your booking will be considered binding only after you have paid the confirmation advance and thereupon received the confirmation of reservation. The confirmation advance amounts to €100 per week; we will provide you with the necessary banking data to enable payment. As soon as the confirmation advance has been transferred to our bank account, we will send you a confirmation of reservation. The confirmation advance is not refunded in the event you cancel. Additionally, the following cancellation conditions apply:
The local resort tax is based on the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of your stay. It currently amounts to €2 per night and per person 14 years of age and older.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB: Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. If the reservation is canceled after this period, the guest is obliged to pay the full booking fee. If the guest does not show up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the full fee for the entire booking period is due. Please inform us if you are unable to start your vacation!
You can make payment in cash or ATM card; bank transfers are likewise permitted. Please settle your account on the evening prior to the day of your departure.
We recommend that you obtain the “Red Rooster” cancellation insurance at the same time you book your stay. This insurance covers the cancellation charges, thus allowing you peace of mind and protecting you against unwanted fees.
